Career Works is a collaboration between aspire-igen and C&K Careers to offer a range of high quality training and development opportunities to meet the needs and professional requirements of the information advice and guidance sector.
We have worked with an extensive range of clients across the UK such as Local Authorities, the NHS, HMPs, National Careers Service, benefits and debt agencies, community and voluntary groups, schools, colleges, universities, self employed advisers and individuals.

Expert and dedicated team
Career Works draws on the expertise and commitment of a fully qualified, highly experienced and dedicated assessment team to support each individual to progress through their chosen qualification and achieve certification.
Tailored and flexible Delivery
We aim to customise our training and delivery to meet the needs of both the organisation and individual learners. Our flexible and personalised delivery ensures that we can support learners remotely. We offer a combination of face to face delivery, with remote support via our e-portfolio system, email, telephone, Skype, video and audio recording. There is an emphasis on self directed study and our e-portfolio system enables learners to instantly access their portfolio and support materials at times that suit them.
As part of Quality Assurance processes we gather feedback from learners, employers and the awarding body (OCR).
