Aspire-igen helping graduates in Bradford to boost skills and get employed through new FREE programme
19 August, 2019
Aspire-igen has launched a free 13 week employability skills programme in partnership with University of Bradford, commissioned by the Department of Work & Pensions and the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government, to help unemployed graduates to get into and remain in work. The programme is open to graduates living in the Bradford area regardless of where they studied in the UK, as long as they graduated over 4 months ago.
The programme supports groups of between 15 and 20 graduates and there are a number of start dates, with the next programme starting on 3rd September. Graduates will benefit from 1-1 careers advice, develop employability and digital skills, get advice and training on CVs and interviews and have the opportunity to gain work experience and network with local employers.
Caroline Harrison, Chief Executive of aspire-igen said: “We’re delighted to be working with graduates living in the Bradford district to realise their potential, irrespective of which university they attended. There is a fantastic range of opportunities available right across the Leeds City Region which will ensure a bright future for both our participants and our local economy. We would love to hear from graduates who have yet to find the right opportunity and from employers who are looking to secure the services of these talented professionals to help grow their business for the future”.
Those interested in joining the programme should call 0330 111 0035 or email g2w@aspire-igen.com.
